Hello and welcome to the 38th edition of EuroVoice! The EUBC and Sirion TV are delighted to welcome you to Neomantua, capital of Neolombardia and the beating heart of southwestern Angleter. Neolombardia is a historic gateway to Angleter's neighbours and to the sea, and tonight we're proud to be the GATEWAY TO MUSIC.
Neomantua, AngleterTonight's show will be live from the brand-new Michael de Pforttenhelm International Arena, which was opened by HM King George V last year. The arena has a capacity of 17,000 and is fast becoming the premier music venue in southwestern Angleter.
Michael de Pforttenhelm International ArenaAnd your host for tonight will be a familiar face for EuroVoice aficionados – the one and only Nick Knowles, who before coming 4th in EuroVoice 35 with his exquisite original song Make You Feel My Love, was best known as a veteran Angleteric TV presenter. We're hoping to get Nick to bring his guitar out again and play us some new material, but we've also got music from EuroVoice 38 winner Nick Cave and, of course, Vennu Mallesh.

Entry:
This particular contest has no theme, any song may be entered. However, the organisers reserve the right to make final adjudication on whether a song is or is not appropriate to be performed at Eurovoice 38.
Voting:
The voting system will be made clear once the voting period is due to begin. Please send your votes to @Angleter and @Inquista via telegram on NationStates or private message on Discord. Do not make your votes public. Any votes cast incorrectly or after the end of the voting period may be rejected, and their admissibility is entirely at the discretion of the organisers.

Good evening, Europe! Welcome to EuroVoice 38!
I'm Nick Knowles, and we're live here in Neomantua, in the brand new Michael de Pforttenhelm International Arena, with a musical extravaganza that nobody will be forgetting in a hurry. A whopping SIXTEEN acts from all over Europe and, for the first time in EuroVoice history, beyond, will be singing their hearts out to win your favour.
But before you hear from them, it's time you heard from me. EuroVoice aficionados will remember my entry a few contests back, and here in Angleter, whenever we host this great competition, we like to pay tribute to our EuroVoice heritage.
