After much deliberation, the European Court of Justice has decided on the validity of the last European Commission elections.

It should be understood that while The Constitution of the European Union does not set a clear precedent for write-in candidates, it has set very clear boundaries on certain aspects of commission elections in Article III, Section II. I would like to quote Clause II from the aforementioned article:

The nomination period for each Office shall run for seven days, to be followed by a seven-day debate period, in turn, followed by a seven-day voting period.

Following the precedent established in previous court decisions, including one where an election was cancelled due to the debate period not being up to standards, The Court is concerned about the fact that both gentlemen, Kevin Cotilla and Jean-Claude Juncker, who were elected using write-in votes, could not participate in the seven-day debate period, as they did not nominate themselves in the seven-day nomination period.

Both of these periods are very clearly set by the Constitution, which is the paramount law of the European Union, and the European Court of Justice is responsible for ensuring that the political activities of the European Union are not conflicting with the Constitution, as mentioned in Article IV, Section II, Clause I:

The European Court of Justice is responsible for determining whether an Act or Amendment of the European Council is in line with the Constitution.

Therefore, The Court unanimously finds that:

A) Write-in notes can not be used in European elections, as they are incompatible with the precedents set by the Constitution,

B) The non-proper execution of the periods clearly set by the Constitution in the last elections is problematic.

Therefore, to ensure that these elections do not erode the validity of the succeeding elections made by the European Union as a whole, The European Court of Justice orders a new election under this legal understanding.

I do however believe the appeal shouldn't be dependent on new evidence so if an unjust decision is reached it can be appealed even on the same evidence. Could I suggest a possible rotational system of chief justices instead of an election so each country gets a 4 month term on the court to prevent issues with some nations constantly having control.

"It's been a few days since the start of my campaign, and I've come here in person to the Duxburian Union since I feel its important that I outline something that's been lost in some of the candidates. The purpose of our union, something that Duxburians can remember from over a decade ago. Our union is here to make our collective wills as nations far stronger than they would be individually, but it is not to overtake the purpose of why nations exist.

The European Union is not a nation, but some of these candidates are treating as such, some candidates are even treating as if it is your local government. A good Europe is one you don't notice in your day to day life, a good Europe should be there to set the rules for governments to play around in, and set the table for governments to play on. Europe should not be moving the game pieces.

It shouldn't be a shock then, that those candidates who seek to make Europe the new power player in your life, are the ones driving partisanship across the region. The last time that regional politics were quite as nasty was maybe in 2012, but it certainly never reached the levels of toxicity we see now. I blame that personally on some the candidates trying to overvalue the Eurogroups. I doubt most Europeans care if a politician is EPA, ELDR, MEGA, PEL, etc. Why? Because these groups don't have a day to day impact on your lives compared to your local political organisations, and they should not have an impact. That's what I am afraid is happening to Europe, politicization through these Eurogroups who then treat themselves as if they are parties with

Stating which countries should have nuclear weapons, that's a Europe project. Making some region-wide 5G infrastructure, meaning your personal data is at risk to either control from other countries or some inefficient European bureaucracy should not be a European project. Declaring that safe drinking water is a human right, that's a European ideal. Making some EU-branded transportation network, with a budget not designed to handle massive transportation infrastructure, that really isn't a European project. Neither is universal standards for education, I would not want my kids to learn Duxburian history as a requirement to complete Vardic high school as much as I wouldn't expect any of you to want to know Vardic history.

Sometimes, we try to make a Europe project happen, and it doesn't go over well. For example the Commission spent years trying to get involved in Dromund Kaas, when the Coalition of the Willing almost always said no aside from specific partners such as Gallorum or Pax Aurea. The commission tried, and historically failed, and failing is okay for the right intentions. They didn't waste billions of Euros on their failure like some of the proposed projects would. One of my opponents condemned the EPA for not going to help refugees there, and I say to that....why would they do that? I'm glad the EPA spent time on more worthy projects of their time rather than another failure of getting involved in Dromund Kaas. The Kaasian Crisis is example of something that is a European event being handled perfectly fine by individual member-states on their own without European involvement.

I am not going to promise you a better life, that is not my job as a potential European Commissioner...I am not going to promise fancy internet speeds, fancy trains, or other bloated projects. I am going to promise you that I will keep member-states in line, following the same rules as everyone else, and ensure that Europe works towards tangible goals.

I am going to make sure the EU can pick its own fights in court if thats needed,I am going to make sure more of your nation's money stays at home before Europe gets it by lowering contributions for everyone across the board. I will ensure that we will work to not regulate Europe, but harmonise it such as the work done in the EAA, and the work that should be done in the ESA but is not. I am here for a realistic Europe, and an efficient Union in the background of your lives.

My dream and goal is for you to never think about what the Union does in your day to day life, you shouldn't curse out your internet connection dropping, or some EU ran train being late. No Europe should be working in the background.

To my well intention opponents with all these grand ideas, I say that you should go run for local office in your nations...there you will make the difference you want, but I don't think you will make that difference at the European level and it is not what Europe needs.

If elected I will work for what Europe needs, and Europe needs definitions on how to handle coups, revolutions, and civil wars with definitions and a proper set of regulations to guide it in trying times. Europe needs to include governments back in the conversation instead of dictating to them what to do. Europe needs to extend its protections of patents into copyrights, and update patents to reflect the ever changing landscape of the software development world, as well as work in genetics.

I am not here to be a superstar. I am not here to be a celebrity poltician like the rest of them. I am here to get to work...working to Make Europe Great Again.

Winston is the architect of the communist revolution in Reitzmag, the Architect for the attempted assassination on its King, the architect for the kidnapping for Bernie Sanders. His most obvious act was when he and Mark Johnson conspired to kill Conventry.

"Firstly, before I go any further, this election was not about me. It was about the child growing up not knowing who they are, being bullied for it. This election was about making sure that child grows up to have a voice and is not afraid to be who they are. I am no longer afraid to be who I am. This election was the result of the voices of millions of Vards.

To my partner Amir, thank you for dealing with me the last few months. You are my rock, my source of late night inspiration for speeches. I promise you we will go to the Sahara to see your family soon enough. To my father who always stood with me no matter what I said, who I said I was, and what I did I wish you were here with me now, thank you wherever you might be in the heavens. To the rest of my friends and family thank you for everything you've done to support me and the Greens in this election.

To my best friend, Carita, I'm sending you straight back to Europolis. Do your best work, win your election in a few months, I promise you I will fight to get your elected. You managed to help so many of us people with a vision elected tonight you deserve the same.

This one is going to shock her, but to Harriet Copala. Just a few weeks ago we were talking after the negotiations for the Nyetthem Accords. You looked at me and asked "Honey, why aren't you in charge." I was taken a back by that comment. I didn't think I could stand in front of you all here tonight as the leader of our nation. Thank you Harriet for believing in me, and inspiring me.

To all the voters in Vayinaod, both my supporters and those who voted against me. Thank you for making your voices heard. I will do my best to serve, and protect all your interests. To my opponents thank you for running a fair and honest campaign. To Archkonsul Johansson thank you for your service to our country, and being a mentor to me during my time in your administration.

Lorens Henningson and I spoke a few minutes ago, we agreed to form a government for all Vards in this nation, as well as a government to work with Europe. Some are calling it the Camo Coalition, others the Earth Coalition, I am simply calling it civil servants working for a better future. That's the final story of it.

With Lorens at my side as First Konsul, Carita Falk working in Europolis, and so many more in this administration we are going to change this nation for the better.
